Born and raised in Minneapolis, Tom Francen spent most of his younger years braving the hearty, cold winters, and mosquito-infested summers of Minnesota. Tom learned early that being successful in business was something that just didn't happen ... it was created! His energy carries over to all aspects of his life. Whether its starting a multi-million dollar venture, engaging yet another motorcycle adventure, mountain running/hiking, investing in the stock market, watching one of my many DVD's, playing with the company dog, or participating in his first 1/2 marathon, Tom emits the same energy and exuberance setting him apart in today's clouded market.
Having worked with Lawson Software for the past 12 years, Tom understands the clients and their needs. Working with small startup companies, all the way to multi-billion dollar giants, the philosophy is the same: "To provide exceptional service, at market rates, ultimately building long-term relationships!"
Tom Francen has also set himself apart from the consulting crowd by offering and delivering on services in relation to the Lawson Software suite of products. His expertise covers the broad spectrum of technologies today, from Legacy Applications to Web Infrastructure and design, from programming to hardware benchmarking, and from team leader to division mentor. Tom's strength is in his technical comprehension of not only how the Lawson products function, but more importantly how they inter-relate and communication with the operating system, and other third party products (e.g. Oracle, Informix, Unix, NT, ODBC, etc.) Tom's unique and relentless drive has made him the premier Lawson consultant.
Taking pride in his work has been Tom's forte over the last 10 years. He has worked as a consultant with the fortune 100 company's, defining their technical infrastucture, mentoring their employee's, developing mission-critical applications, and documenting achieved milestones.
Tom actively practice's the art of planning and achieving goals. In 1994, Tom vigorously sought and achieved status as a Micro Focus' 3rd Party Solution Provider.
