January 29, 2005 - Sharp Healthcare, San Diego, CA, successfully upgraded their Lawson Environment from 7.3.3 to 8.0.2. This upgrade process included re-applying LAPAGE to their newly upgraded environment. LAPAGE provides electronic notification for failed mission critical processes. January 15, 2005 - Jane Phillips Medical Center, Bartlesville, OK, successfully migrated (lateral port) their Lawson Software NT platform to Sun Solaris. MTC was brought on board to guarantee the success of this project. Prior to the lateral port, Jane Phillips experienced Lawson Software system instability, whose only remedy was to reboot the server (serveral times per week). Tom Francen of Midwest Technologies Corporation guided JPMC through the complex lateral port process. Since going live on Sun Solairs, JPMC has yet to have to reboot their Lawson servers.
